Warehouse Arts District
Once the location of warehouses and light manufacturing, this district has undergone a resurgence for artists needing space for large art pieces and an expanded creative process.

Deuces Live District (emerging)
Adjacent to the Warehouse Arts District, this district embraces the city’s rich African American heritage with a miz of locally-owned service and specialty businesses, including art galleries and restaurants.

Edge District
This historic, award-winning Main Street district is located between Dr. M.L. King Jr. and 16th Streets, and 1st Avenues North and South. It is vibrant and eclectic with a wide array of locally-owned, independent businesses.

Waterfront Museum District
This district features some of St. Petersburg’s most fashionable dining and shopping destinations as well as independent galleries and musuems.

Grand Central District
Located just west of downtown from 16th to 31st Streets and between First Avenues North and South. This District houses a unique blend of galleries, antique stores, specialty retail, as well as Florida’s largest new and used bookstore, Haslam’s.

Central Arts District
Independent artists, studios and galleries come together in a blend of urban development and historic buildings, giving this district a unique feel.

M.L. King North District (Emerging)
From 5th Ave. N. to 34th Ave. N, this growing district boasts a variety of locally-owned retail, small businesses and galleries.

Innovation District
A high-quality atmosphere adjacent to a culturally-rish internationally renowned downtown area. Easily accessible by care or air and minutes from beautiful beaches, outstanding art and professional sports.
